Tineco Vacuum Parts Only for Customer Service

I had bought a Tineco S3 vacuum one and half years ago, the customer service is so nice, answered my questions and fix the problem so patiently! I believe I will continue use this brand next time!

you sent me the wrong filter.....how can i get in touch with you to fix this issue???

This on line store is not an easy way to buy. It is so hard that company needs to share screen shots of how to. So do like I did and by amazone, they have a lot of tineco products.
