1. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND HOW IT WORKS?

New Machine: All Tineco machines purchased from Tineco website have a 2-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship since purchase date when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
Spare parts: All Tineco spare parts purchased from Tineco website have a 1-year warranty on electric components against original defects in material and workmanship since purchase date when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.

 

2. WHAT IS COVERED ?

New Machine: All Tineco machines purchased from Tineco website have a 2-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship since purchase date when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
Spare parts: All Tineco spare parts purchased from Tineco website have a 1-year warranty on electric components against original defects in material and workmanship since purchase date when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all labor and parts necessary to ensure your machine is in proper operating condition during the warranty period.
This warranty will only be valid if the appliance is used in the country in which it was sold. 

 

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED ?

Tineco shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of:
• Appliances purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
• Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
• Use of the appliance other than for normal domestic purposes, e.g. for commercial or rental purposes.
• Use of parts not in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
• Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Tineco.
• External factors unrelated to product quality and use, such as weather, modifications, accidents, electrical outages, power surges or acts of God.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.
• Failing to clear blockage and other hazardous material from the appliance.
• Normal wear and tear, including normal wearing parts, such as clear bin, belt, filter, HEPA, brush bar, and power cord (or where external damage or abuse is diagnosed), carpet or floor damage due to use not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to turn the brush bar off when necessary.
• Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age or use.

 

4. WARRANTY SERVICE

Once you need any support regarding of warranty services, please contact Tineco customer service by emailing to support@Tineco.com, or calling us at 1-855-2928864. When contact us, please provide your website order No., purchase date and the problem you encountered, so our customer service team will process your warranty request accordingly.

If your product is still in the warranty period and covered by the warranty policy, we will provide you with a prepaid label, and please send back your failed parts using the label, as well as informing us of the tracking No. Once we receive your returned item, a factory refurbished model of equal value will be sent to you.

If your product has gone beyond of the warranty period unfortunately, you could still buy a new part on our website to replace the failed one.

 

5. HOW TO GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY?

Sorry, we do not provide extended warranty. Tineco provides 2-year limited warranty on the whole machine, and 1-year limited warranty on electronic spare parts since your purchase date.
