  • To better clean the dustbin, press the dustbin release button and pull out
  • Incline the dustbin, the slot on the dustbin towards the hook on the main body. Push upwards until the hook fixed into the slot. A "Click" sound would be heard when it has been successfully accomplished.
  • Don't wash the dustbin as there is a dust sensor inserted. And please make it completely dry with a hair dryer if it meets water.

Dustbin hinge is weak and it will break easily

On the 2nd dust bin in less than a year of ownership. I love this vacuum despite this one flaw. Tineco perhaps you could redesign the hinge?
