The only reason we had to order this brush is because one of the tiny little wheels that help it roll on the floor, broken and was scratching my hardwood floor. So a 50cent part ended up costing me a hundred dollars. I gave it 3 stars as customer service was excellent.
My original carpet power brush for the S12 stopped working. Couldn't find an exact replacement and this power brush is the only one available for the S12. The original power brush is red in color compare to this gray color.
After first use, my wife complained that every piece of hair seem to gets tangled to the brush which never happened before. She will have to clean out the hair from the brush at least a few times each time she uses it.
Probably should have used the money to replace the brush head and put it towards a different vacuum.
