Excellent Part

This is an excellent part replacement. Perfect fit that took only moments to replace. It has a good tight seal for dust containment and the slightly redesigned close latch seems to be easier to use and may stand up longer that the original.

I have an 11 series Pet vacuum- this was not the correct part for my vacuum but customer service was awesome and has found the correct part and it is now on its way. I wish there was either replacement part information in the pamphlet that came with the vacuum or better info on the website. I will never order another part for my vacuum without consulting customer service.
