You may find the CWT empty indicator light blinking and a voice prompt reminding you to refill it.

How do you start self-cleaning mode?

To start the Floor One's self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Always keep the floor washer plugged in. Place the floor washer on the charging dock. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to evoke self cleaning, press it again to choose either quick self-cleaning or Super self cleaning, and 3 seconds later, the chosen brush roll self-cleaning mode will start. Afterwards, the floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 120 seconds (quick mode) / 360 seconds (super mode).

What kind of floors it can be used on?

The Floor One can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.

What is the difference between Floor One and other floor wash cleaners?

Tineco Floor One is the smart floor washer which automatically detects how dirty the floor is and applies the appropriate amount of detergent, water, roller pressure and suction power to ensure the perfect hard floor clean every time.

Can I use bleach in the machine to clean floors?

We would not recommend using bleach in this machine as it could damage the machine.

Ho comprato la tineco S9 a luglio ormai la uso da un mese tutti i giorni, devo dire che è un ottimo prodotto, la maneggevolezza è eccellente grazie alle sue ruote robotizzate. La pulizia e l'aspirazione è eccellente non lascia aloni e pulisce bene ai bordi.
Ho riscontrato solo due difetti se così li possiamo definire. Il primo è che avrei preferito avere dei led che illuminano la parte frontale per vedere nelle zone d'ombra lo sporco. Il secondo è che il vassoio dell'acqua pulita non resta in equilibrio quando si vuole riempire il serbatoio e versare il detergente tineco al suo interno.
Pro: l'asciugatura del rullo è perfetta, i capelli non restano impigliati al rullo, il sensore dello sporco funziona benissimo.
Io l'ho pagata in offerta a 599€ devo dire che per il prezzo che ho speso è stato un ottimo acquisto. Ad un prezzo superiore non so se l'avrei comprata.

I’ve been an only-by-Dyson guy forever. But this, OMG!

We have some ground in dirt on our wood flooring. And it has a tendency of coming back when I scrape it off. Could be our dogs. Could be my shoes. Dunno’. I’ve been looking for a while for a cordless electric tool for such cleaning.

I looked at the Dyson V15s, but it’s not designed for this kind of problem. Eventually, I decided that I wanted a cordless mop/vacuum/steam tool, with an LED light to show the way. I wanted something Dyson would’ve made.

Finally, I found this one, and it is Dyson-amazing. It really does what they say it would do. It is indeed self-propelled once you turn it on. I’ve never experienced that and it’s terrific. The vacuum works quite well, and has two settings: auto and max. Then there’s the steam cleaning mode. It did a great job with the ground in dirt on my wood floors. It didn’t quite get a few of the most ground in ones, but it softened them so that it was easy to scrape them off with a plastic scraper. My wife, the, white glove of the house, was unusually impressed!

This machine not only talks to you, but visually displays what it’s doing. And it certainly built at Dyson level.

It comes with a very nice charging pad that the machine goes on. It’s such a high-quality machine that it makes cleaning fun. It costs a ton of pennies and it’s worth every one of them!

Very easy to use and very high quality. The self cleaning feature is incredible. I have gone through 3 bissels which I love but they break after a year or two. Love my Dyson hairdryer but their top of the line vacume came with too many gadgets for me to fuss with. This is, hands down, the best wet dry vac I have ever owned. I have a big dog with a double coat and we really have to keep up on things - cleaning dog hair off of rollers is no fun. With this vacuum - it cleans itself. LOVE.
