When is Tineco Living Festival?

Tineco Living Festival runs from August 3 to August 9. Festival coupons, missions, rewards, bundles, and Trade-Up benefits are available for a limited time only.

How do I join the Festival?

Sign up as a Tineco Club member through the Festival page. Sign up during the event will receive a special welcome coupon.

What do I get after signing up?

After signing up, you will receive a Festival welcome coupon and unlock access to member missions, Festival Coins, limited-time rewards, and other member benefits.

What are Festival Coins?

Festival Coins are points you can earn by completing Festival missions. You can use them to redeem limited-time rewards during the event.

How can I earn Festival Coins?

You can earn coins through three missions:

1. Make a purchase

2. Refer a friend

3. Leave a product review

How does the purchase mission work?

Earn 1 Festival Coin for every $1 spent at the official Tineco online store during the Festival.

All eligible products purchased during the event can earn coins, with no earning limit.

How does the referral mission work?

Click the referral button and share your unique Festival link with friends or family.

You will earn 100 Festival Coins each time someone signs up as a Tineco Club member through your link. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals.

How does the review mission work?

Click the button and choose a Tineco product you have purchased or tried and leave an authentic review on its product page.

You will receive:

-200 Festival Coins for a review

-An extra 100 Festival Coins when your review includes images or a video

What rewards can I redeem?

Festival Coins can be redeemed for the following limited-time rewards:

-6% off coupon for all products

-Two free 1L bottles of cleaning solution

-10% off coupon for all products

Who can join the Trade Up program?

The time-limited Festival Trade-Up offer is available only to customers who already own a Tineco product.

You will need to upload valid proof of purchase for your existing Tineco product to receive an upgrade coupon.

Do I need to return my old Tineco product to enter the Trade Up?

No. You do not need to return your old machine. Simply submit valid proof of purchase to verify that you are an existing Tineco owner.

How long is the Trade Up offer available?

The Trade Up offer is available only during Tineco Living Festival, from August 3 to August 9.

Trade-Up Coupon Terms

Valid from August 3 to August 9 only. Each eligible customer may claim and use one Trade-Up coupon only. The coupon cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers.
