I'm so glad we have the ability to purchase individual parts for our vaccum. Tineco has made it so I don't have to cry and spend hundreds of dollars on a new vaccum because my toddler (in his attempt to help mom clean)! Dropped the vaccum and broke the dust bin. I rave about every aspect of Tineco every opportunity I get, between the comparable prices, affordable replacement parts, excellent shipping and incredible customer service, oh and of course the epic vaccums! I look forward to the day I can replace my crosswave with the tineco wet mop, that will.be a truly glorious day.
