I had purchased the S12 series back in 2020 after researching cordless stick vacuums comparable to Dyson. Happy with my purchase, amazed by the quality but over the years, there are wears and tears. The customer service in acquiring a replacement bin was timely and easy. Realizing the sag in the performance it was well overdue to get new filters. Just like that, back to day one in performance!

Cannot buy filters. Items never available. What a joke, the filters have been sold out for over a year.
