Extra Battery Needed

I wanted a 2nd battery so that I could vacuum the whole house at once. I purchased the Tineco S15 Flex at Costco. After numerous emails, and much frustration with the support staff telling me that this was NOT compatible with my model, I took a chance, and it's perfect. They had tried to tell me I needed a different one costing much more. In the end...it's all good. Works perfectly!

Product/delivery

Product is fabulous and versatile/Purolator screwed up the delivery and has lost the extra battery ordered and j am still waiting for them to find it 14 days later!!!

Product is as expected

The product is as expected. Although, the only reason I had to buy another battery is because the original battery had a really low autonomy (lower then advertised). So kind of mixe feeling here.

Terrible at cleaning carpet

The vacuum works well on hard floors, however the roller head is terrible on carpet and i have to constantly switch to the nozzle attachment as It really struggles to pick up lint from socks and clothing from carpet. As half our house has carpet floors its very disappointing in a cleaner in this price range. Our 5 year old Dyson v7 which this vacuum was bought to replace does a way better job on carpet.
all in all very disappointed
