Did a lot of research on stick vacs as my upright Dyson was dying. Found Tineco’s brand and was impressed with its ratings. I lucked out and was able to upgrade to the s15 during a promo. I’m so happy with this vacuum! The light on the floor brush has changed my life. I don’t think my floors have ever been so clean. It’s also very Hannah to just pick it up and go. Means I keep up with my floors more regularly. We have named her Aliza and are happy to add her to our family. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

I couldn’t not recommend this vacuum anymore than I can. This vacuum has fallen completely apart. Every single piece is breaking. I’ve owned it for two years. The first year the cannister broke so they had replaced the canister. All of the attachments are now breaking and fall off the vacuum absolutely worthless. Customer support does not help.
