Hepa filter

I m grateful for the wonderful customer service as well as pleased with the quick delivery. The Hepa filters worked perfectly and I will never shop anywhere other than Tineco company directly. I even got a deal purchasing two at a time. I originally purchased some filters from Amazon and was informed they would work perfectly with Tineco vacuums. The filters for the vacuum cleaner were extremely thin and the HEPA filter ones did not even come with a cap. That caused a problem when screwing them into an old cap. I bought the other ones from Amazon and had to throw them out. That is why I am only Shopping directly from the company I purchased it from. Thanks again!

Vaccum strengh
